Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Customer
Experience Sales Specialist is responsible for selling the Highline
brand, services, and products by interacting with customers and
prospects. The candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving
our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
We are seeking someone who is driven, competitive and thrives in a
fast-paced environment focused on providing a world-class customer
experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Attracts potential customers
by making calls from a list of prospects as well as answering
multi-channel inbound sales opportunities. Generate interest,
qualifying prospects and closing sales. Sourcing new sales
opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and
emails. Aptitude to represent company’s products and services and
explain benefits. Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals
are met. Manage customer relationships, business and residential.
Provide positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward
customers with the goal of customer loyalty and increased sales.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Contributes to team effort
by accomplishing related results as needed. Completes other
projects as assigned. Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills
and teamwork. Demonstrate ability to persuade others through a
variety of mediums. Ability to quickly establish customer
relationships in a fast environment. Demonstrated capacity to
thrive in a high-change, often ambiguous business environment.
Demonstrated ability to seek out and seize opportunities and take
initiative with little or no direction. Attentive to customer needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detailed
orientated and quality-focused Microsoft Office 365 products,
knowledge of SharePoint Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods
sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to pass a
pre-employment drug screen. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at
