Job Description:

Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and any clean state license. Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Patient population is all ages. Support staff includes Drs, NPs, PAs, Support Staff, Lab services & Urgent Care. • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• All ages
• Must have worked last 6 months
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Active DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
