• Create custom invoices not created through our API
• Review daily transactions to ensure all transactions are valid and report on system errors -
• Monitor and manage credits on accounts and reconcile accounts weekly
• Manually apply credits to invoices and double check systems
• Work with purchasing to ensure payment of invoices and pay all smaller invoices
• Create and manage expense categorizations and assist in budget management and creations
• Lead out on commission tracking and payroll assisting for employees
• Create an AR system for term agreements and lead company in duties aligning with invoices and past due payments
• Help product team reconcile product cost and loss
• Send weekly invoices to specific customers and facilitate payment of vendors, including freight accounts, review purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies -
• Distribute accounting reports as directed and send reports to executives weekly
• Receive and verify expense reports; reconcile expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records
• Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies. Enters journal entries to debit and credit the company accounts
• Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions -
• Reconciles and reports differences or issues found in financial records and communicates with our off-site accounting team to ensure accuracy accounts and reporting
• Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems
• Have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis
• Perform other related duties as assignedWhat You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with accounting coursework preferred.
  • Ability to use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data such as Quickbooks Online, Divvy, Excel, Fishbowl, & Slack.What Will Make Us REALLY Love You (Preferred Qualifications)
