The families we serve are in crisis and need support keeping their child safe right now. At OASIS, we provide thorough assessment, around-the-clock secure care, and intensive support to young men and women. We provide a safe setting for adolescents to stabilize where they and their families meet with licensed clinicians to determine the underlying causes of distress and what next steps make the most sense for their needs.As our Human Resources Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring our program operates at the highest standards of professionalism and family care. You will be the finder, gatekeeper, bar-setter, and culture driver for all of our employees. You will ensure the front office runs efficiently and professionally and be a resource to all departments. You will help develop policies, procedures, and ensure compliance so that our team can provide the best, most consistent care possible to our students and their families. The essential functions of the HR Director include: Director: Develop structure, procedure, and policies for success, compliance, and accountability in a new program while maintaining strong collaboration and cooperation with all members of the leadership team. Manager: Lead meetings, assist in recruiting, be a part of program leadership team, supervise office workers Quality assurance: Ensure appropriate documentation and record keeping, maintain and update HRIS and ATS, conduct audits Compensation management: Enter payroll information, maintain documentation related to payroll Employee discipline: Counsel managers in appropriate execution of employee disciplinary action, ensure proper documentation of disciplinary action Administrator: Recruit, screen, and interview candidates, assist in scheduling, assist in managing KPIs, coordinate and facilitate organizational training, assist in licensing and accreditation maintenance RequirementsPlease note: your resume should include education, work experience, certifications, and licenses High school diploma or equivalent Relevant experience in HR or Office Management Able to pass criminal investigation background check Able to pass motor vehicle record check Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment) Preferred education and experience A bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience 2 years management experience Experience in a helping profession Experience with some form of HRIS or HRM Experience with payroll and benefits administration HRCI PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification Benefits Health, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and other insurance plans available after first 60 days Employer contributions to Health Savings Account (HSA) Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Personal Time Off (PTO) accrual Continued professional development opportunities 6 paid federal holidays Significant discounts for hundreds of professional outdoor gear brands Very dynamic work environment Meaningful & impactful work A supportive and close-knit community A few hours from Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon, and Lake Powell A few hours from many world-class ski resorts
