At American Land & Leisure's Pleasant Grove Office, our work supports the camping and recreation activities of outdoors families and individuals across the country. We organize and coordinate the management activity for outdoor facilities ranging from campgrounds, to boat ramps, to day use areas. Our growth in the industry has us searching for someone to join our Corporate Office team and aid us in our mission to provide enduring and enriching outdoor experiences for the public. The position we are looking to fill is a reservations specialist with the ability to handle customer service. You will be taking, altering, and canceling reservations. You will help customers with a variety of concerns related to making reservations and camping. Most of your time will be spent on the phone and computer. You will also gain exposure to a variety of levels related to the camping industry. You will need to provide you own computer and phone. We will provide the headset. The ideal candidate is: Seeking an entry level position. Motivated to advance their skills and experience. Not simply able to learn our business processes, but able to find, make and maintain incremental gains in efficiency. Demonstrates a proficiency in common office technology with the computer and phone. Organized and able to parse larger projects into smaller tasks. Organized and maintains a work space and produces a work product that reflects this organization. Confident in written and verbal communication with employees of varying seniority levels. Able to manage their time and prioritize projects. C andidates should be prepared to relate how their experience has prepared them for this position and demonstrate their abilities in an interview. Work schedule is based upon a candidate availability. This position will be paid at $10.00 an hour, for 20 hours per week. This is a work from home position that will need to be worked during daytime hours. The hours may be increased over time. Training will be at our building in Pleasant Grove. This is a seasonal position that will end around the first week in September.
