As a member of the Full Time Merchandising Lead team, you will be acting as the liaison between all parties, ensuring communication between all involved. As the Full Time Lead you will support the merchandising team by providing the tools and training to ensure our services are provided in the most efficient way while delivering quality results.

Job Responsibilities (not all inclusive)

• Lead a team of merchandisers
• Ensure new or changing products are stocked and in alignment with the stores schematic (plan-o-gram)
• Update merchandising displays ensuring inventory is up to date, replenished, and rotated as necessary.
• Preparing reports as required
• Provide training and mentoring to new merchandisers while performing merchandising work

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Retail Merchandising or retail experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read schematics, plan-o-grams etc.
• Detail oriented and organized
• Prior supervision experience preferred.
• Able to utilize technology to preform job
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of in an organization.
