LEGAL ASSISTANT/CASE MANAGER

As a Case Manager at Swenson & Shelley, you will build and
maintain relationships of trust and respect with clients, customers
and co-workers through excellent communication, follow-through, and
service preferred. Law firm, insurance or medical office experience
is a plus.
Language: Spanish is a
Skills: You must be an excellent
communicator. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage use of time.
Experience using Office Windows Suite, Google Calendar, Microsoft
Excel and Adobe Pro DC is preferred.
Characteristics: This position is

sensitive issues. The ideal candidate is discrete, able to respect
privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. We are seeking

Follow up and follow through on all tasks
Serve Clients and Customers: Regularly communicate with
clients, monitoring the status of their medical treatment and
general status. Notify attorney of all information pertinent to the
case. Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
