Job Description:

Prepare delicious farm-to-table meals at Cordwood, near Zion National Park, and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer.
These positions are responsible for carrying out the creation of recipes designed by our Farm Chef, as well as other responsibilities under the direction of the Chef, Sous Chef, and Restaurant Manager. We have immediate openings for both seasonal and year round positions available. Flexibility and willingness to help in all aspects of back-of-house operations is necessary due to our dynamic restaurant and rural location. We are a farm-to-fork establishment with an emphasis on our own garden effort as well as local, organic suppliers. Our establishment caters to couples, families, and large groups from around the world who are looking for memorable fine dining.

The ranch expects its staff to maintain high standards in actions, grooming and congeniality. The resort maintains an illegal drug and alcohol abuse free environment. Some on-site housing may be available, but providing your own RV to live in would be a welcomed option.
