Installation Technician, you will have the opportunity to work

Responsibilities: Install and terminate CAT5/CAT6 cables with
precision. Run and terminate fiber optic cables to ensure reliable,
high-speed connectivity. Provision, install, and align wireless
internet antennas for optimal performance. Configure and install
routers to integrate seamlessly into our network. Serve as the face
of the company, engaging with customers daily to ensure a positive
installation experience. Provide professional, courteous customer
service while addressing any questions or concerns. Strictly follow
OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a safe working
environment. Work Environment: Outdoor work in varying weather
conditions (heat, snow, wind, rain) Climbing ladders and working on
rooftops (up to three stories high) Regular face-to-face
interaction with customers to ensure a positive experience
Opportunity to work in-office on provisioning and upgrading
equipment, contributing to the technical backend of our services
Typical schedule: Can vary, schedules include Monday - Thursday,
Tuesday - Friday, & Wednesday - Saturday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Qualifications: Strong background in construction or hands-on work
is highly preferredideal candidates are comfortable using tools and
working in a physically demanding environment. Basic knowledge of
networking, personal computing equipment, and routers. Familiarity
with AC/DC wiring is a plus. Previous experience in customer
service is highly valued, as technicians will regularly interact
with customers and represent the company. Excellent communication
skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information to
customers. Must pass a background check, drug test, and maintain a
clean driving record. Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or
GED Valid Drivers License Physical Requirements: Ability to carry
ladders up to 35 feet in length Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds for extended periods
Comfortable working from ladders and rooftops Job Type:Full-Time
