Doctors: Kyle Crandall, DMD Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Schedule for this role: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday Website: guardianfamilydental.com Key Responsibilities Chairside assisting during dental procedures Infection control and sterilization procedures Patient interaction and support before, during, and after treatment Taking X-rays, charting, and impressions Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations What We’re Looking For Experience: Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Open to motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn Required Certifications: CPR certification Technical Skills (Nice to Have): Chairside assisting X-rays Charting Impressions Sterilization Dentrix experience Technology Used in Our Practice: Dentrix Digital X-rays CBCT 3D imaging CEREC scanning Ideal Candidate Traits Warm, friendly, and patient-centered Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Detail-oriented and willing to learn Team player with a “see a need, fill a need” mindset Professional and confident when communicating with patients Practice Goals Short-term: Build stronger team unity and deliver exceptional patient care Long-term: Continue growing the practice and expanding our impact in the community Compensation & Benefits $16–$19/hour, based on experience Full-time, Monday–Thursday schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Team lunches, parties, and fun team-building activities Powered by JazzHR GAJHT81LMh
