Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. This position offers an opportunity to support K-12 students in a school setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans and providing expert guidance to improve student outcomes through applied behavior analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide decision-making. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support behavioral goals. Train and supervise staff on behavior strategies and best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with relevant policies and standards. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Texas BCBA License is required. Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred. Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Location and Schedule: Position is based in Dallas, Texas.
