compensation and benefits What You Will Be Doing Manage multiple
residential design projects from concept through construction. Lead
design, documentation, and staffing for projects including
single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, condos, and amenities.
Work independently under minimal supervision while collaborating
with engineers and consultants. Conduct site planning and ensure
design compliance with codes and trends. Coordinate construction
documents and city submittals. Conduct site visits for construction
coordination. Stay current with residential and multi-family design
trends. Experience You Will Need 5–10 years of experience in
residential architecture or related fields. Proficiency in Revit
and Bluebeam (mandatory). Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp,
Enscape, Microsoft Office. Solid understanding of IBC and
residential typologies. Licensed Architect in Utah (preferred, not
required). Strong understanding of construction drawings,
detailing, and building codes. Excellent communication, team
collaboration, and project management skills.
