Job Description Job Description Salary: DOE Job Summary: The Motorcycle Service Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a dedication to getting the job done right the first time. While not directly interacting with customers, the Technician plays a key role in supporting sales by identifying additional service opportunities and communicating them to the service team. A strong focus on fostering a positive, service-driven environment is essential, ensuring that every action contributes to both customer satisfaction and dealership success. Responsibilities: Perform repairs efficiently and accurately, in compliance with dealership and factory standards. Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair Attend factory-sponsored training classes and be familiar with factory technical bulletins Road-test vehicles upon completion of repairs when necessary Ensure that customers units are kept clean and protected from cosmetic damage Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste Qualifications: Strong passion for powersports with specialized knowledge of motorcycles, especially Indian and Triumph brands Experience with Lightspeed or similar point-of-sale software, or the ability to learn new systems quickly Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Physical fitness and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Able to bend, lift and twist if needed Requirements: Must supply and maintain your own tools Cleandrivingrecord,no blemishes Experiencedrivingbothmanualandautomaticvehicles Currentvaliddrivers license Job Type: Full-Time Starting Wage: Based on experience Benefits: Paid Time Off Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance rates 401k Plan Employee discounts on machines/boats, parts and service
